BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
AREA VARIANCE NO. 67-92
Applicant: Raymond Murphy
To allow an addition to a main
dwelling to be constructed along the side property line
in deviation to the required 5 ft. side yard setback._
Located at 20412 Craimer Lane and legally described as
Lot 59 of Tract No. 5192.
The hearing was opened to the
audience.
There being no one present to
speak for or against the matter, the hearing was closed.
Board discussion followed.
A MOTION WAS MADE BY MANDRELL
AND SECONDED BY HARLOW TO DENY AREA VARIANCE NO. 67-92
FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON:
1. The applicant fails to show sufficient justification
or hardship.
ROLL CALL VOTE:
AYES: Mandrell, Harlow, Ferguson.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
THE MOTION CARRIED.
DIVISION OF LAND NO. 67-37
Applicant: R. M. Galloway
To allow the -adjustment of lot
line between Lots 47 and 48. Located on the southeast
corner of Braemar Drive and Orkney Circle. Legally
described as Lots 47 and 48 of Tract No. 6277.
The Board reviewed the proposed
request.
A MOTION WAS MADE BY HARLOW AND
SECONDED BY FERGUSON TO APPROVE DIVISION OF LAND NO. 67-37
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. The minimum lot frontage shall not be less than
50 ft. wide with 5000 sq. ft. of lot area. An
average lot width of 60 ft. of frontage with 6000
sq. ft. of lot area shall be provided for lots
along Orkney Circle.
2. A parcel map shall be filed with the City
and recorded.

A MOTION WAS MADE BY FERGUSON AND
SECONDED BY HARLOW TO APPROVE DIVISION OF LAND NO.
68-1 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION:
1. A parcel map shall -be filed with the City and
recorded.
