National Bank Building Huntington Beach, California Wednesday, February 28, 1968 John Mandrell, Sam Ferguson, Richard Harlow None USE PERMIT NO. 68-4 Applicant: Robert Stellrecht To allow the construction of 18 apartment units in the R-2 Two Family Residence District. Located on the east side of England Street, approximately 330 ft. south of Yorktown Avenue. Legal description on file in the Planning Department Office. The hearing was opened to the audience. Clyde Wampler and Mrs. John Van Ammers, addressed the Board and asked various questions pertaining to the proposed request. Mr. Carlson, representing the applicant, answered various questions asked by the Board. There being no other comment, the hearing was closed to the audience. Further Board discussion followed. A MOTION WAS MADE BY HARLOW AND SECONDED BY FERGUSON TO CONTINUE USE PERMIT NO. 68-4 FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON: 1. To allow time for the Engineering Department to determine the width of the alley along the rear of the property. ROLL CALL ATE AYES: Mandrell, NOES: None ABSENT: None THE MOTION CARRIED. Richard A.
