BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None
CONDITIONAL EXCEPTION NO. 68-40
Applicant: Edward Corbett
To allow the construction of
a room addition in the existing garage causing one
parking stall to be 9' x 17' in deviation to the
required 9' x 19' parking stall (or 18' x 19, double
garage). Located at 16282 Golden Gate Lane in the
RI Single Family Residence District. Legally described
as Lot 43 of Tract No. 3752.

AND SECONDED BY MCFARLAND TO DENY CONDITIONAL
EXCEPTION NO. 68-40 FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON:
1. The proposed addition can be .constructed to a
width of 3 ft. and still conform -to the ordinance.

A MOTION WAS MADE BY HARLOW AND
SECONDED BY MCFARLAND TO DENY PLOT PLAN AMENDMENT NO.
68-2 FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
1. Reduction of the driveway widths will cause a
problem for traffic circulation.
2. This proposal causes a reduction in the open space
along Magnolia Avenue.
3. The original plan allows better utilization of the
parking facilities.
4. This request may satisfy a temporary need, but does
not take into consideration ultimate development of
the site.
5. The original plan was well thought out and is superior
to the Plot Plan Amendment as submitted.
