Wednesday, September 4, 1968 McFarland, Spencer, Harlow None MINUTES: Minutes of July 31, 1968 were accepted as transcribed. CONDITIONAL EXCEPTION NO. 68-45 Applicant: LeGrande Fletcher To allow a 6 ft. high wrought iron fence to be constructed on'the front property line in deviation to the required 15 ft. front yard setback and 25 ft. x 25 ft. corner cut-off. Located at 16351 Wishing - well Lane and legally described as Lot 64 of Tract 6181. The hearing was opened to the audience. LeGrande Fletcher, applicant, addressed the Board and answered various questions. hearing was closed. There being no further comment, the Board discussion followed. A MOTION WAS MADE BY MCFARLAND AND SECONDED BY SPENCER TO APPROVE CONDITIONAL EXCEPTION NO. 68-45 FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON: 1. It is the opinion of the Traffic Engineer that the fence does not obstruct vision because it is wrought iron. ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES: Spencer, McFarland NOES: Harlow ABSENT: None THE MOTION CARRIED.
