Board of Zoning Adjustments Thursday, December 26, 1968 Page 2 DIVISION OF LAND NO. 68-50 Applicant: Anthony Bartoli To allow a division of land into four (4) separate parcels. Located at the south- east corner of Yorktown Ave. and Delaware St. Legal de- scription is on file in the Planning Department Office. The hearing was opened to the audience. There being no one present to speak for or against the matter, the hearing was closed. Board discussion was held. The Secretary informed the Board Members that this item was originally approved at the December 18th meeting but the applicant asked for reconsideration of the condition requiring dedication of vehicular access rights to Yorktown Avenue, because he was about to obtain a building permit and that he only needed the Division of Land for financ- ing purposes. It was noted that the De- partment of Public Works reviewed the plan and has no objection to one driveway on Yorktown Avenue. This is primarily because the State will be using this property for freeway purposes at a later date. Board discussion followed.
