Wednesday, May 7, 1969 BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: McFarland, Cook, Harlow BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None MINUTES: April 2, 1969, accepted. as transcribed. USE PERMIT NO. 69-24 Applicant: Thomas Bernatz To permit the construction of a family restaurant in the C4 Highway Commercial District-. Lo- cated on the west side of Beach Blvd., approximately 480 ft. north of Warner Ave. Legal description on file in the Plan- ning Department Office. The hearing was opened to the audience. Don.Jones, representing the applicant, and Mr..Bernatz addressed the Board and discussed the plans. There being no further comment, the hearing was closed. Board discussion followed. A MOTION WAS MADE BY MCFARLAND AND SECONDED BY,HARLOW TO CONTINUE USE PERMIT NO. 69-24 TO GIVE THE APPLICANT TIME TO WORK OUT HIS PARKING REQUIREMENTS. ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES: McFarland, Cook, Harlow NQES: None ABSENT: -None THE MOTION CARRIED. DIVISION OF LAND NO. 69-13. Applicant: Cadobi Associates To permit the division of land -into two separate parcels. Located on -the south side of Garfield Ave. on the west side of Brookhurst. Legal description on file in the Planning Department Office. • Mr. C., J. 'Brd'e'r and Mr. Tom Shelton, representing the applicant, answered various questions. Board discussion followed. All utilities shall be installed underground. 8. A Parcel Map shall be filed with the City and recorded prior to framing inspection of any building on either parcel. 9. The Division of Land shall n6t be effective until an agreement is signed and recorded agreeing to the condi- tions listed above. 10. Driveway locations shall be approved by the Traffic Engineer. To permit the construction of a model home complex in the RA Residential Agriculture Dis- trict. Located on Brookhurst St. south of Lampson Circle. Legal description on file in the Planning Department Office. Mr. Bernard McCune, represent- ing the applicant, explained the request. He stated that the portion of the tract to be developed into a model home complex will be improved to City standards. A MOTION WAS MADE BY COOK AND SECONDED BY HARLOW TO APPROVE ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO.69-9 SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 9730.25.4 OF THE HUNTING - TON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE.
