DISCUSSION: Bill Hartge, City Engineer, discussed the possibility
of locating fire hydrants and street lights adjacent
to the curb in residential subdivisions. It was pointed out that
the fire hydrants and street lights would be set back 18 inches,
from inside the face of the curb rather than behind sidewalk as
previously done. This will eliminate problems that have occurred
with the present situation.
The Commission agreed with this.
THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS,
THE MEETING WAS ADJOURNED.
