Wednesday, October 1, 1969 BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: McFarland, Cook, Palin BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None MINUTES: The minutes of September 10 and September 17, 1969, were accepted as transcribed. USE PERMIT NO. 69-53 Applicant: Harold Klein To permit the construction of a 284 unit apartment complex on approximately 8.2 acres of land in the R3 Limited Multiple Family Residence District. Located on the northwest corner of Warner Ave. and Edwards St. A legal description is on file in the Planning Department Office. The hearing was opened to the audience. Jack Chernoff, representing the appli- cant, addressed the Board and answered various questions. Mr. Chernoff was informed that a parking assignment would be required for this development. Also, the "B" and "D" units, as designed, would require additional parking as the "Jack & Jill" bedroom has two wardrobes, two doorways and a proposed room divider which can be used to convert such room into two separate bedrooms. There being no further comment, the hearing was closed. Board discussion followed. A MOTION WAS MADE BY COOK AND SECONDED BY PALIN TO CONTINUE USE PERMIT NO. 69-53 TO OCTOBER 15, 1969, TO ALLOW THE APPLICANT TIME TO PREPARE MORE DETAILED PLANS.
