AGENDA ITEMS TO BE CONTINUED OR WITHDRAWN:
The Acting Secretary advised the
Commission that the Staff requests that Zone Case No. 69-39 which
was initiated by the City, be withdrawn because of a conflict
caused between the requirements of the idle well provisions of
the Oil Code and Non -Conforming provisions of the Planning Code,
and that removal of the 110" designation in this area is infeasi-
ble at this time due to the amount of time needed to amend the
ordinance. Also, it is the consensus of the Staff, the proper
procedure is to amend Chapter 23 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance
Code.

there would be unlimited vehicle traffic allowed over private
property For access to the roads shown on the precise plan.
Further discussion was
held regarding the possibility of the property owners of

could get an agreement from the property owners to keep the
roads open at all times; however, we could not require them to
enter into the agreement.
Mr. Donald Frischer of
Van Nuys, California, consulting engineer for Broadway Hale
Department Store, felt that a street between Barker Bros. and

a committment by the State that if traffic conditions warrant,

1) Require a public hearing on a complaint for Home Occupation
