MEMBERS PRESENT: Harlow, Spencer, McFarland
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
DIVISION OF LAND NO. 70-17 (Continued)
Applicant: Donald P. Jones
To permit the division of a 5.5
acre parcel of land into four separate parcels.
There was no one present to
represent the applicant.
Board discussion was held. It
was noted that the Planning Commission will be reviewing
development plans for this corner and that this division of
land application should be considered at the same time.
A MOTION WAS MADE BY HARLOW AND
SECONDED BY MCFARLAND TO REFER DIVISION OF LAND NO. 70-17 TO
THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR DECISION AT THE SEPTEMBER 15, 1970,
MEETING IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT 7:00 P.M.
ROLL CALL VOTE:
AYES: Harlow, Spencer, McFarland
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
THE MOTION CARRIED.
MISCELLANEOUS:
CONDITIONAL EXCEPTION NO. 70-34 - Review
Applicant: Gerald A. Jones
It was noted that this item had
been referred by the Planning Commission to the Board of
Zoning Adjustments for plot plan review and to establish
conditions as deemed necessary.
A MOTION WAS MADE BY MCFARLAND
AND SECONDED BY SPENCER TO APPROVE THE PLOT PLAN WITH THE
FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. The Plot Plan received August 5, 1970, shall be the
approved plan.
2. Right-of-way dedication shall be made prior to issuance
A building permits.
3. k11 applicable City Ordinances shall be complied with.
