AUGUST 26, 1970 BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: McFarland, Spencer, Palin ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: On motion by Palin and second by Spencer, the minutes for June 31, 10, and 17, 1970, were accepted as transcribed. USE PERMIT NO. 70-35 Applicant: George J. Hagenauer To permit the construction of a carport as required by Section 9106 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code. The subject property is located on the south side of Warner Avenue and west of Newland St., in the Rl Single Family Residence District. The Chairman read the request and opened the hearing to the audience. As there was no one present to speak in favor or opposition of the request, the hearing was closed. Board discussion was held. A MOTION WAS MADE BY MCFARLAND AND SECONDED BY PALIN TO APPROVE USE PERMIT NO. 70-35 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: 1. The applicant shall comply with Section 9106 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code. ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES: McFarland, Spencer, Palin NOES: None THE MOTION CARRIED. ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO. 70-41 Applicant: Wm. Lyon Development Co., Inc. To permit the addition of a two story house to the existing model complex. The subject property is located on the corner of Rambler Drive and Oceanview Lane. Mr. Don Paige, representing the appli- cant, addressed the Board and explained the request. Board discussion was held. A MOTION WAS MADE BY MCFARLAND AND SECONDED BY PALIN TO APPROVE ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO. 70-41 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: -1- 8/26/70 - BZA Minutes: Board of Zoning Adjustments Page No. 2 August 26, 1970 1.
