The subject property is located on
the southwest corner of Nichols Street and Warner Avenue.
Messrs. Heffley, Bjorna, and Humm
represented the applicant, Discussion was held regarding the type of
equipment, amoutt of traffic flow, outside storage for equipment,
parking, and location of driveways. The representatives advised
that the low -boy trucks would enter the property from Nichols Street
on the driveway located furthest from the intersection of Warner
