of Springdale St. and Brannen Dr. in the R1 Single Family Resi-
dence District.
The hearing was opened to the
audience.
Trent Wilson, representing the
applicant, addressed the Board and explained the request.
It was noted by the Board that as
long as this sign is located within the model home and sales
office complex, there is no need for this application as such
signs are not subject to, the 200 ft. setback from a dwelling.
It was a consensus of the Board that a legal opinion was
required. The applicant agreed to a continuance.

Dale Dunn, representing the
applicant, addressed the Board and explained the request.
It was a consensus of the
Board that the need for signing is apparent; however, the use
of a directional sign would not necessarily fulfill the needs
and that a permanent identification sign might better serve
their needs. It was further noted that a year's time would
be over -extending a non -conforming sign.
Doris Lynn asked to view
the plans. Mr. Dunn explained the signing and location to
Mrs. Lynn.
Mr. Dunn requested that
the item be continued to the next meeting to allow time to
study a permanent identification sign.
