AGENDA ITEMS TO BE CONTINUED OR WITHDRAWN: USE PERMIT NO. 71-40 - Continued Applicant: Robert F. Nease To permit the construction of a 52 unit apartment building complex. The subject property is located on the east side of Green Street, 330 ft. north of Warner Avenue in the R3 Limited Multiple Family Residence District. It was noted by the Acting Secretary that the applicant had requested a continuance of this item to February 2, 1972 A MOTION WAS MADE BY MCFARLAND AND SECONDED BY PALIN TO CONTINUE USE PERMIT NO. 71-40 TO FEBRUARY 2, 1972, TO ALLOW -THE APPLICANT TIME TO PREPARE ELEVATIONS. ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES: McFarland, Spencer, Palin NOES: None THE MOTION CARRIED. ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO. 71-56 - Continued Applicant: Mr. $ Mrs. William S. Rader To allow the care of five handicapped nonrelated persons. The subject property is located at 1819 Lake Street in the R2-0 Two Family Residence District combining oil. The hearing was opened to the audience. Mr. and Mrs. Rader addressed the board and presented a letter as -documentation in part of the charges placed within the subject home. A MOTION WAS MADE BY MCFARLAND AND SECONDED BY SPENCER TO REFER ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO. 71-56 TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING OF DECEMBER 21, 1971 FOR DECISION. ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES: Spencer, McFarland, Palin NOES: None THE MOTION CARRIED. ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO. 71-76 Applicant: Anne Herring Fisher To allow the use of a residential home for board and care of four (4) mentally retarded adults (19 to 36 yr, age group). The subject property is located at 5381 Meadowlark Drive in the Rl Single Family Residence District. The hearing was opened to the audience. Mrs. Fisher addressed the Board and explained her request and her desire for two homes in which to care for her charges. She stated her sister would be in charge of the second home. It was noted by the Board that her sister would have to be certified by the agency who place the charges and an 4pplication would have to be filed by the person supervising the charges. The intent of the Code was discussed and it was the consensus of the Board that this item should be referred to the Planning Commission for determination. No one spoke in opposition. ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO. 71-57 Applicant: Mrs. Dora Ingram To permit a foster home for six boys located at 20801 Glencairn Street in the Rl Single Family Residence District. It was noted by the Board that this application had been denied at the November 24, 1971 meeting for the reason there was not sufficient documentation~ Mrs. Ingram addressed the Board and presented her license.
