Company. Mr. Harlow stated that the purpose of the continuance
wab to allow time for the Huntington Beach Company to investigate
the effect of the code amendment on their property. Also, that
it was suggested that the Huntington Beach Company could perhaps
offer to dedicate the land needed for street widening and that
the city would accept such offers at the time additional right-
of-way was needed. Mr. Harlow informed the Commission that the
city entered into a similar agreement with the Huntington Beach
