Mr. King pointed out that he has resolved the cut on the stairway
and that the change was accepted by thb structural plan check of the

Gothard Street, approximately 540 feet north of Slater Avenue, in
an M-1 industrial district.
Mrs. Usrey, owner of the worm farm, was present.
The Acting'Secretary informed the Board that Exemption Declaration
No. 73-164 was approved by the Environmental Review Board September
4, 1973 with no stipulations.
The Chairman opened the public hearing.
The applicant explained her application to the Board. The Board
explained the parking situation to Mrs. Usrey whereby it is
illegal to park on the grass, and that paved parking facilities
must be provided.
As there were no further parties present to speak in favor of, or
in opposition to Use Permit 73-61, the Chairman closed the public
hearing.
Board discussion followed.''Conditions of approval were explained
to the applicant.

Following a great amount of discussion with the applicant, it was
the Board's concensus that a continuance is in order to allow time

Fire Marshall Vanderlaan was present and expressed concern for this
type of use and its lack bf adequate fire protection systems. He

the mini warehouses are being used ellegally to store highly
conbustible materials. Fire Department is currently considering
initiating amendments to the ordinance code to reclassify these
