The -Acting Secretary outlined the plan to the Board. The Chairman opened the public hearing. The, applicants explained their proposal to the Board. Right of way dedication was discussed. Landscaping and the construction of screening,walls.were also discussed. -The general size and, location of the future office and future lath house was reviewed and approved in concept by the Board. As there were no other,�parties present to speak in favor or opposition to Use,Permit No. 73-61, the Chairman closed the public hearing. Conditions of approval were discussed. Signs shall be posted for traffic control at points of vehicular ingress and egress (size and copy to be approved by traffic division of the Department, -of Public Works). TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS: 1. The revised plot plan received October 23, 1973 shall be the approved layout as amended. 2. A revised Plot Plan shall be submitted to the Board of Zoning Adjustments for Approval Action. Said plan shall reflect: 1. 2-1/2 ft. dedication of the alley side property line. 2. S. A lighting system shall be installed within the project equal in illumination to lighting on public streets. ON MOTION BY GERARDEN AND SECOND -BY EADIE THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS ADOPTED THE ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW BOARD'S RECOMMEND- ATIONS WITH MODIFICATIONS AS FOLLOWS BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: 1. Construction of the project with full insulation of all ex- terior walls and ceilings to reduce the burden on heating and cooling systems. 2.
