ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW NO. 72-111
Applicant: Huntington Executive Park
Proposal for variation to screening wall requirement for
Huntington Executive Park.
Mr. Everett Dodge was present to discuss variation to screening
wall.
Mr. Daryl Smith, Street Tree Superintendent, was present to
discuss the proposed variation. It was Mr. Smith's opinion that
additional 15 gallon plants to those shown on the plans should
be used. He further felt that the planting would blend in with
the present architecture. Mr. Smith further offered to inspect
plants prior to planting to be sure they are of an acceptable
quality. It was Mr. Smith's opinion that the plant material
would not provide the immediate screening a wall would, and it
would probably be about 2 years before that would happen.
