Following discussion, it was the consensus of the Board that the location of the drive -through project presents a conflict with general traffic movement and the general traffic circulation. The conceptual plot plan and elevations received August 2, 1974 shall be the approved layout subject to the modifications described herein: a. The Board responded to Mr. Wilson's inquiries and resolved to provide him with a copy of Article 981 of the Iuntington Beach Ordinance Code, which delineates the duties and responsibilities of the Board of Zoning Adjustments.
