(Adjourned Meeting) COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Parkinson, Bazil, Finley, Slates, Shea, Boyle, Kerins COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None Chairman Slates noted for the benefit of the audience that the items on the agenda were not for public hearing but rather for discussion by Commission and Staff only. He further noted that all discussion items have been set for public hearing at a later date. DISCUSSION ITEMS: CODE AMENDMENT NO. 75-10 "A" "New Article 936 - Permanent Commercial Horse Facilities Standards" and CODE AMENDMENT NO. 75-10 "B" "New Article 937 - Temporary Commercial Horse Facilities Standards" John Cope briefly discussed the latest drafts of the proposed commercial horse ordinance standards. A page by page discussion was conducted by the Chairman. John Cope indicated that these Code Amendments were set for public hearing on January 20, 1976. GENERAL PLAN LAND USE ELEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 76-1 "A" & "B" a. Downtown Area b. Miscellaneous Items Ed Selich presented an overview of the Downtown Planning Study as it pertains to the current General Plan Amendment Part A. He also brought the Planning Commission up to date on the status of the Project Area Committee and preliminary redevelopment plan for redevelopment project area. Tom Moseley and Rich Barnard presented vugraphs depicting pro- posed changes to the Land Use Element of the General Plan and to the Master Plan of Arterial Streets and Highways. Monica Florian presented an update on the preparation of an implementation plan for the Santa Ana River Greenbelt for the Commission's information. 1 Minutes: H.B.
