John Mandrell and Dennis Taylor were present at the meeting and submitted revised plans as requested. There being no other persons to speak for or against the proposed project, the public hearing was closed. Secretary Palin reviewed the revised plans for the Board's informa- tion, noting that the alternative plans are now sufficiently dim- ensioned and also that -they reflect the one -unit reduction from 82 units to 81. He also informed the Board that a tentative parcel map has been filed on the project and approval of the request must be conditioned upon approval and recordation of that tentative map. Treatment of the abandoned street sections was also discussed. Bruce Crosby informed the applicants that it is the City's inten- tion to pave 48 feet on Mansion Avenue (a 24-foot lane in each direction).
