cation of Dr. Donald Shipley was also considered, however, he was unavailable for
the interview.
Discussion was held between Council on the availability of Donald Shipley to serve
on.the Library Board and it was generally agreed that since he had had the oppor-
tunity, throughout past years, of giving service in so many capacities to the City,
he could lend invaluable service to the City in the capacity of Lifetime Advisor to
the Library Board.
On. motion by Pattinson, second Bartlett, Council appointed Lawrence Rolon and Ms.
Lee Trubovitz to four-year terms on the Library Board, and Dr. Donald Shipley as a
Lifetime Advisor to the Library Board.
It was then.ascertained that Lee Trubovitz would be ratable to serve as she had a
prior casmaitment on Library Board meeting nights which would prevent her from attending..
