REPORT ON CITY -OWNED REAL PROPERTY - DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT AREA PROPOSED CONVERSION TO PARKING LOT — DENIED i The City Administrator referred to a transmittal from the Director of Public Works regarding City owned property which was originally acquired by the Parking Authority and 'held for use pending redevelopment 'of the downtown area. He stated that the properties could be declared surplus and sold in the event that plans to redevelop the area are discontinued. Councilman Mandic stated that he was not in favor of declaring the property surplus until the Master Plan for the downtown area had been considered. IL6()
