This request is covered by Negative Declaration No. 79-17, previously approved. The Chairman opened the public hearing. Mr. Robert Hippe, archi- tect for the proposal, was present to represent the application. Secretary Lipps outlined the proposal to the Board stating that it was a revision to a previously approved Conditional Use Permit whereby the applicant intends to add a nursery facility to be used only in conjunction with church services. He further outlined that the Board must find the amendment to result in a better plan and that it must be within ordinance code conformance. It was noted by the Board that the parking would be impacted by the pro- posal, however, the reduced seating in the church would offset parking requirements.
