Mr. Sam Sogoian, the applicant, was present.
Chairman Crosby introduced the application to the Board and noted
that the application had been continued previously due to improper
turning radii.
Secretary Lipps noted that a plan check revealed the application
to be within substantial ordinance code conformance and that the
radii deficiency could be -corrected throog'i-conditions of approval
imposed on the application. It was suggested that the landscaping
could be reduced, and it was further noted that the applicant was
over in parking, thereby a redesign of the plan could result in
proper turning radii. It was also noted by the Board that_a_ lot
line was in existance on the proposal, and that a parcel map, com-
bining the two parcels be approved by the City and recorded with
the County prior to occupancy of the building.
