BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Spencer, Tindall BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: Kelly MINUTES: ON MOTION BY SPENCER AND SECOND BY TINDALL, THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF JANUARY 2, 1980, WERE APPROVED BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Spencer, Tindall NOES: None ABSENT: Kelly MISCELLANEOUS AGENDA ITEMS: TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 79-584 Applicant: RMG Engineering To permit the subdivision of approximately 2.75 acres of land into four parcels located on the south side of Slater Avenue, and west of Nichols. This request is covered by Negative Declaration No. 79-35, previously approved. Secretary Spencer stated that this application was conditionally approved by the Board on January 2, 1980, however, suggested a reconsideration due to the fact that the code requires site plan approval on lots having reduced frontage prior to tentative parcel map approval. Board concurred with the reconsideration. ON MOTION BY SPENCER AND SECOND BY TINDALL, TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 79-584 WAS RECONSIDERED BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Spencer, Tindall NOES: None ABSENT: Kelly Secretary Spencer presented a letter from RMG Engineering, the applicant, to the Board requesting a continuance of Tentative Parcel Map No. 79-584 to allow the applicant time for further study and review concerning Parcel 4 frontage on interior street. Board concurred with continuance. Minutes: H.B.
