After a lengthy discussion it was agreed -by the Board that compact parking, as -designated on' the revised plan, would not- be-a,,problem due to the low volume of traffic generated by this--Jtype`--of�--busines's-.-- It -was mentioned by-theapplicant that should ,two• 1(2),,-:feet �of_hspace ,be:.. eliminated from -the building to accommodate..standard;,parking�stalls, it would create a loss -of approximately 25%nin. ,the w_ault -area-:of --the building due to the necessary layout for the vault. A parcel map -shall be filed prior to issuance of.building permits -and -recorded prior to occupancy. 3. Prior to issuance of building permits, Holt_ Avenue shall' be dedicated -to City -standards. A. Prior to finalization of building -permits, -the -site shall -be brought -into conformance with all applicable; -sections of .the -Ordinance Code (specifically - landscaping and signing). 5.- All building spoils, `such as unusable lumber,.wire, pipe, and other surplus or unusable material shall. -be disposed.of to an off-site•,facility equipped to handle them. .6.
