BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: BOARD MEMBER ABSENT: Room B-6 - Civic 2000 Main Street Huntington Beach, Lapps, Smith, Parker, Crosby Vogelsang REGULAR AGENDA ITEM: TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 83-561 Applicant: M. Petyo & Associates, Inc. Center CA To permit: 1) consolidation of two parcels into one parcel for a four (4) unit apartment building and 2) remove Lot "A" (recreation purposes only) stipulation set forth on map of Tract 4026 containing the two lots. Property located at 7631 Commodore Circle. Acting Chairman Crosby introduced the proposal and stated that request No. 1 is Class. 15 and that request No. 2 is Class. 3, both Categorically Exempt, California Environmental Quality Act, 1970. Acting Secretary Lipps informed the Board Members, with the applicant's concurrent, Tentative Parcel Map No. 83-561 is being tabled for the following reasons: 1) The City is currently negotiating with the Commodore property owners to participate in the Rehabilitation Program to upgrade buildings and restore Lot "A" to its original intent as a recreational facility for Commodore Circle residents, 2) a legal opinion is being sought from the City Attorney's Office as to the disposition of Lot "A". ON MOTION BY SMITH AND SECOND BY PARKER, TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 83-561 WAS TABLED BY VOTE AS FOLLOS: AYES: Parker, Lipps, Smith, Crosby NOES: None ABSTAIN: None Minutes: H.B.
