Department.
9. Use of amplifiers, speakers, musical instruments and playing
of recorded music are to be discontinued as of 10:00 p.m. each
evening.
10. All operations of the festival, including machinery, other
than necessary refrigeration units ( if provided) , shall be -as
follows:

shall not exceed two (2) inches.

8. If lighting is included in the parking lot, high-pressure
sodium vapor lamps shall be used for energy savings. All
outside lighting shall be directed to prevent "spillage" onto
adjacent properties.
9. If foil -type insulation is to be used,'a fire retardant type
shall be installed as approved by the Building Division.
10. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall
submit building elevations to the Secretary of the Board fora
review and approval.
11. There shall be no outside storage of vehicles, vehicle parts,
equipment or trailers.
12. All repair work shall be conducted wholly within the building.
13. The applicant shall obtain the necessary permits from the
South Coast Air Quality Management District (see attached).
14. *Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall
file a parcel map or parcel.map waiver request to consolidate
Lots 7 and 8 of Block E of the Garfield Street addition. The
parcel map or plat map and notice shall be recorded with the
Orange County Recorder and a copy of the recorded map or plat
filed with the Department of Development Services prior to
final inspection.
The Department of Development Services will perform a comprehensive
plan check relating to all Ordinance Code requirements upon
submittal of your completed structural drawings.
