Request: To permit the first floor of an existing two (2)
story office building to be converted into an
enclosed parking structure pursuant to Article 920
of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code.
Location: 18586 Main Street
Mike Connor, Project Planner, reported that the request is to change
the existing first floor office area into enclosed parking for the
tenants of the building and the adjacent building which has the same
owner. The request will result in reduction of landscaping and

findings and conditions of approval with a condition prohibiting the

Dennis Groat, Fire Department, said Fire Department will require one
hour fire separation.
