MINUTES: The Minutes of February 10, 1993
Zoning Administrator Meeting was
approved.
ITEM 1: USE PERMIT NO 91-52 (ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF TIME)
Applicant: D. A. Hall

Request: To permit a one (1) year extension of time for a facade
remodel of an existing retail center and to increase
landscaping within the parking area.
Location: 19101 Magnolia Street (K Mart Center)
Wayne Carvalho, Staff Planner, reported that the applicant is
requesting a one year extension of time due to a change of ownership
on the property. Staff advised that the Use Permit expired in
November 1992 and requested that the extension be retroactive back
to November.
Mr. Hall, representing the applicant, was present and concurred with
staff.
USE PERMIT NO. 91-52 (ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF TIME) WAS APPROVED BY
THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL.
THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR STATED THAT THE ACTION TAKEN BY THE ZONING
ADMINISTRATOR CAN BE APPEALED TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION WITHIN TEN
CALENDAR (10) DAYS.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1. All previous conditions of approval for Use Permit No. 91-52
shall still apply.
2. Use Permit No. 91-52 shall expire on November 13, 1993, unless
a formal request for an extension of time is granted by the
Zoning Administrator. Any further request shall be received by
the Department of Community Development thirty (30) days prior
to expiration.
ITEM 2: TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO, 92-228
Applicant: Jim Ko
Morse Consulting Group

Irvine, CA 92718
Request: To subdivide a 48.362 acre parcel into four (4)
lots for conveyance purposes pursuant to Section
9921 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code.
Location: Old Meadowlark Airport
(North of Warner Avenue, west of Graham Street)
Wayne Carvalho, Staff Planner, requested a continuance to a date
uncertain due to changes to the map and public notification purposes.
The applicant was not present.
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 92-228 WAS CONTINUED BY THE ZONING
ADMINISTRATOR TO A DATE UNCERTAIN.
THE MEETING WAS ADJOURNED AT 1:45 PM BY THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR TO
THE NEXT REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR ON
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 1993 AT 1:30 PM.
