ZA Minutes - 5/5/93 -4- (6787d) FINDINGS FOR APPROVAL - CONDITIONAL EXCEPTION NO, 92-46: 1. The property is sub -standard in lot size and width and is located on a corner. There are six (6) parking spaces available in the service bays and street parking on Cypress Avenue. Furthermore, the project directly across the street was approved with required parking in the service bays. 2.
