The adjourned regular meetings of the City Council and Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Huntington Beach were called to order at 7:45 a.m. by Mayor Sullivan.

Introduction Of Speakers
Mayor Sullivan welcomed the participants attending the meeting. He addressed the gathering
regarding the importance of economic development in the city and the various current and past
avenues which have been taken to achieve this goal. Mayor Sullivan introduced the following

Barry Ellerbroek, Huntington Beach Chamber of Commerce representative, spoke regarding

with city staff, a reference library, and help in developing new markets abroad.
David Biggs, Economic Development Director, thanked participants for attending the meeting
and asked participants to call his office for further information.
A question and answer period was held.
Adjournment - City Council/Redevelopment Agency
The Mayor adjourned the adjourned regular meetings of the City Council and the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Huntington Beach to Monday, February 26, 1996, at
5:00 p.m. in Room B-8, Civic Center, 2000 Main Street, Huntington. Beach, California.
