The tentative parcel map is to subdivide 4 lots into 7 number lots and 1
letter lot.

Amy Wolfe, Staff Planner, displayed site plans stating the purpose and location of the request. Staff
recommended a continuance based on the fact that the Fire Department will not have a resolution on
this item for another 30-45 days. Staff stated that the applicant preferred to continue the item to the
shorter 30-day period. Staff stated that the intent is to allow time to address issues of soil
remediation.
THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED.
Dave Walden, 18012 Cowan, Suite 210, Irvine, the applicant, requested clarification on the issues
regarding the site plan and the Fire Department's position.
THERE WERE NO OTHER PERSONS PRESENT TO SPEAK FOR OR AGAINST THE
REQUEST AND THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED.

REQUEST: To adjust the lot lines between two (2) existing residential parcels.
LOCATION: 19586 and 19592 Cloverwood Lane (on Cloverwood Lane, east of Seapoint
Avenue)
PROJECT PLANNER: Sandra Thornton
Ricky Ramos, Staff Planner, sitting in for Sandra Thornton, stated that staff is recommending a
continuance to allow time for changes to the lot line adjustment. Staff stated that the applicant has
concurred with the requested continuance.
Note this is a non-public item therefore the public hearing was not opened.
