The request also includes construction on a substandard lot with a width of 22'-6" in lieu of 25 ft. (224 Joliet Avenue). VAR: To reduce the minimum side yard setback for a single family home from 3'-0" to 2'-6" (224 Joliet Avenue). The request also includes a reduction of the minimum side yard setback for architectural projections from 30 inches to 18 inches (224 Joliet Avenue). The entitlement request includes a review and analysis for compliance with the Infill Lot Ordinance. The Infill Lot Ordinance encourages adjacent property owners to review proposed development for compatibility/privacy issues such as window alignments, building pad height, and floor plan layout. AS THERE WERE NO PERSONS PRESENT TO SPEAK FOR OR AGAINST THE REQUEST, THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS NOT OPENED. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 02-30NARIANCE NO. 02-08 WERE CONTINUED TO THE AUGUST 21, 2002 MEETING AT THE APPLICANT'S REQUEST WITH THE PUBLIC HEARING OPEN.
