AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH`B" OF SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 4 OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach do ordain as follows, to-wit:
Section 1: Paragraph"B" of Section I of Ordinance No. 4 of the City of
Huntington Beach is hereby amended so as to read as the follows to-wit:
"(B) The City Clerk and Ex-officio Assessor shall receive a salary of Twenty-five
dollars ($25.00) a month."
Section 2. - The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance, and
cause the same to be published once in the "Huntington Beach News," a newspaper
printed and published in the City of Huntington Beach, and thereupon and thereafter it
shall take effect and be in full force.

Ayes. Helme, Manning, Warner& Howard
Noes. None.
Absent: Stewart.
