HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #49 ORDINANCE NO 49 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH`B" OF SECTION NO 1 OF ORDINANCE NO 2 OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH. The Board of Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach do Ordain as Follows: Section 1. - Paragraph"B" of Section No 1 of Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Huntington Beach is hereby amended so as to read as follows, to-wit: "(b) The City Marshal and Ex-officio Tax Collector in the penal sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00)." Section 2.— The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance, and cause the same to be published once in the "Huntington Beach News," a newspaper printed and published in the City of Huntington Beach, and thereupon and thereafter it shall take effect and be in full force.
