AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH`B" OF SECTION NO 1 OF
ORDINANCE NO 2 OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach do Ordain as Follows:
Section 1. - Paragraph"B" of Section No 1 of Ordinance No. 2 of the City of
Huntington Beach is hereby amended so as to read as follows, to-wit:
"(b) The City Marshal and Ex-officio Tax Collector in the penal sum of One
Thousand Dollars ($1000.00)."
Section 2.— The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance, and
cause the same to be published once in the "Huntington Beach News," a newspaper
printed and published in the City of Huntington Beach, and thereupon and thereafter it
shall take effect and be in full force.

Huntington Beach on April 18, 1910, and was adopted at a regular meeting of the said
Board of Trustees held on the second day of May, 1910 by the following vote:
Ayes: Helme, French, Stewart, Seely, Manning.
Noes: None
Absent: None.
