HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #58 ORDINANCE NO 58 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, AMENDING PARAGRAPH#B OF SECTION#1 OF ORDINANCE NO 4 OF SAID CITY AND FIXING THE SALARY OF THE CITY CLERK. The Board of Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach do ordain as follows: - Section 1. Paragraph#B of Section #1 Of Ordinance No 4 of the City of Huntington Beach is hereby amended so as to read as follows: - Paragraph B. The City Clerk and ex officio assessor shall receive a salary of Fifty Dollars ($50.00)per month. Section 2. The City Clerk pro Tern shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Huntington Beach, and thereupon and thereafter it shall take effect and be in force.
