OBSERVING CITY ORDINANCES: The contractor shall observe 28 all the ordinances of the City of Huntington Beach in relation to the 29 obstruction of Streets, keeping passageways and protecting the same 30 where they are exposed or are dangerouCs to travel. 31 12.
