as follows:
Section 1. All loaves of bread--wade or-prooured for;.the purpose
of sale, loll, offered or expose& ,for sale in the City. oY

which weight shall be known as a standard large loaf; twin loaves
or multiple loaves may be baked, providing saoh unit :Of said-twin

Section S. A tolerance is hereby,gired on.,the ,standard small
loaf, of one ounce in excess, area tolerance one atandard._large
loaf on one and ono-half ounces in `eroesse There shall be. no
tolerance below these standard weights,

Section 5-. All inspections of the weight of bread aball be

S otion 6.b Every person, firm or corporation who shall make
or .prooure for the purpose of sale, offer or expose sale, any
bread in the City of Huntington Beach When requested by a buyer

Section 7. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to make or procure for the purpose of .sale, sell,
offer or expose for sale within the City of Hunt nPton Beach , bread
or rolls, which do not conform to :the provi$ion of. this ordinance.
Section 8. Any person, firm or corporation, 4bo shall violate
any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall'be `guilty of a mis-
demeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished .by a fine
of not less than ten dollars, nor. more' thin five hundred dollars,
or by imprisonment in the county. jail for not more than one hun-
dred days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. ,
'Section 9. If any section, sub-seotions4 sentence, clause or
phrase of this Ordinance, is for any resson'held to be uncon-
stitutional, euoh decision shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions of this Ordinance in hat, the Board of Trustees ,
of the City of Huntine-ton Beach declares that it world have passed
this Ordinance and each seotion, sentence, clause and phrase thereof
irrespective of the fact that any one or mere of the sections, sen-
tenoes, clauses or phrases be declared unconstitutional..
Section 1 The Oity Clerk shall certify to the pnosaee of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be publi.ehed- once in the
