That every oirrner, kee,pe^or proprietor of any ' lodging house, rooming house, or hotel in said City of Huntington Beach 4. shall, froi-.1, and after the ,:adoption of this ordinance, keep a register ,firherein he shall require all guests, rooiaers, or lodgers to inscribe their n@ ies u_Don their r)rocuring lodging -or a room or rooms, or ac - coriL odations in such lodging House or roo:iling house, or hotel. SECTION 2.
