That Ordinance No. 226 of the City of Hunt- 11 ington .Beach, entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Huntington 12 Beach to be known as the Building Ordinance, regulating the con- 13 struction, alteration, repair and demolition of buildings and 14 sttuctures and parts thereof and providing for fire protection; 15 regulating afea ways and materials and machinery, and use of 16 streets in connection with building or wrecking operations, pro-- i I 17 viding for permits for same, and repealing all ordinances in con- 18 flict therewith.
