AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 ENTITLED
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTIXGTON BEACH
ESTABLISHING A DATUM PLANE FROM WHICH TO COM-
PUTE 'THE RELATIVE GRADES OF TBIET AVENUES AND,
i STREETS OF THE CATTY OF I UNTINGTON BENCH, FLING
GRADES OF SUCH STREETS AND AVENUES, AND FIXING
THE 1IDEH OF SIDEWALKS IN SAID CITY OF HUNTING-
TON BEACH. "
1 The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach do
i ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That section 5 of Ordinance No. 33 entitled
"An Ordinance of the City of Huntington Beach establishing a
II datum plane from which to compute the relative grades of the

same is hereby amended so as to read as follows:

Beach, and thirty days thereafter it shall tape effect and be
in force.
