AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 322 OF SAID CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH
RELATING TO AND REGULATING TRAFFIC UPON THE
PUBLIC STREETS IN THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON �
BEACH AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT
HEREWITH, " AS AMENDED.
The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach do
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 33 of Ordinance No. 322
of the City of Huntington Beach entitled "An Ordinance of the
City Council of the City of Huntington Beach Relating to and
Regulating Traffic upon the Public Streets in the City of
Huntington Beach and Repealing all Ordinances Inconsistent
Herewith, " as amended, shall be and is hereby amended so as
to read as follows:
"Section 33. Parking Time Limit In Specified Places.
The operator of a vehicle shall not park such vehicle for longer
than two hours within any portion of any street in said City
between the hours of 9 A. M. and 6 P. M. of any day, which portion
of such street has been designated by resolution of the City
Council of the City of Huntington Beach as subject to a two
hour parking limit. The Chief of Police shall erect or cause to
be erected and maintain and cause to be maintained not more than
One Hundred Fifty (150) Feet apart in each block subject to two—
hour parking limit, signs designating the provisions of this
section."
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one
insertion in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper printed,
published and circulated in said City of Huntington Beach, and

thirty (30) days thereafter it shall be in f�a11 force and
effect.
