HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #603 ORDINANCE NO. 603 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH RELATING TO A STOP INTERSECTION AT PALM AVENUE AND LAKE AVENUE IN THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AND ADDING SECTIONS 621703 AND 6227.3 TO THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE. The City Council. of the City of Huntington Beach, California, do ordain as follows: Section 1: A new section is hereby added to the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code, to be known as Section 6217.3 , to read as follows: Section 6217.3 Palm Avenue and Lake Avenue . Section 2: A new section is hereby added to the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code , to be known as Section 6227.3 , to read as follows : Section 6227.3 Palm Avenue and Lake Avenue: All vehicles entering or crossing said intersection from the east or west on Palm Avenue are required to stop at the entrance thereof. Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News , a weekly newspaper, printed, published and circulated in the City of Huntington Beach, Orange County, California; and thirty (30) days after the adoption hereof Ord.
