HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #682 ORDINANCE No. 682 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH -RELATING TO YIELD RIGHT OF WAY IN- TERSECTIONS AND ADDING SECTIONS 6241.61, 6241.71, 6243.61 and 6243.71 TO THE HUNT- INGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE. ThQ City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, Calif- ornia, ' do ordain as follows: Section 1. There is hereby added to the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code , Sections 6241.61, 6241.711 6243.61 and 6243.71 to read in words and figures as follows: Section 6241.61. Indianapolis Street and Huntington Avenue. Section 6241.71. , Knoxville Street and Delaware Avenue.. Section 6243.61. Indianapolis Street and Huntington Avenue. All vehicles entering or crossing said intersec- tion from Huntington Avenue, Section 6241.21. Knoxville Street and Delaware Avenue. All vehicles entering or crossing said intersection from Knoxville Street. Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper,- published, printed and cir- culated in the City of Huntington Beach, Orange County, California, and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof 1. Ord. No. 682 the same shall take effect and be in force.
