HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #789 ORDINANCE No. 789 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AIENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH OR- DINANCE CODE BY ADDING NEW SECTION No. 1638, AND CREATING A PLANNED LOCAL DRAIN- AGE FACILITY FUND. The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach do ordain as follows: Section 1: That the following new section is hereby added to the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code, to read in words and figures, as follows: Section 1638. Planned Local Drainage Facilities Fund. There is hereby created a fund to be known as Planned Local Drainage Facilities Fund and all fees received by the City for the Planned Drainage Facilities shall be deposited in such fund and shall be expended only for the construction or reimbursement for construction of local drainage facili- ties within the Planned Local Drainage area from which the fees comprising the funds were collected. Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and. shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Huntington Beach, California, and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be in force, 1. August 196o, and was again read to said City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day of August 1960, and was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council.
