BEACH AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH OR- DINANCE CODE BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY; AMENDING SECTIONS 9211.34 (Sec- tional District Map 15-5=11) � 9211.46 (Sectional District Map 35-5-11 and 9211.51 (Sectional District Map 2-6-11) . WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notices of and duly held public hearings on Zone Cases Nos. 134, 1369 137 and 138 and recommended the changes in the district class- ification as hereinafter set out; and WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held public hearings in said zone cases and now finds that public necessity, con- venience and the general welfare require the following amend- ment and that the uses under the new classification .will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Hunting- ton Beach do ordain as follows: Sectionl.
