Home My WebLink AboutOrdinance #811 ORDINANCE No. 811 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING THE HUNTINGT ON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY: AMENDING SECTIONS 9211.33 (Sectional District Plap 14-5-11) and SECTION 9211.39 (Sectional District Map 23-5-11) . r' WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notices of and duly held public hearings on Zone Case 132 and recom- mended the changes in the district classifcations as here- inafter set out; and ' WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held public hearings in said zone cases and now finds that public necessity, convenience and the general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW. THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington beach do ordain as follows: Section 1. That the real property in the City of Hunting- ton Beach, County of Orange , State of California, described as 'follows : "The SW-&- of the NE' of Section 23, the NW.NW.J of ,the SE' of the NET all of and in Section 23, -T.5 S. , R. ll W. , SBB.& M, partly in the Rancho la Bolsa Chica and partly in the Rancho 1- as Bolsas, City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange , State of California, EXCEPT that portion thereof included within the 1 i 1. Ord. No. 811 right-of-way of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company, is hereby reclassified from A-1-X General Agricultural Dis- trict as adopted by Interim Ordinance No. 668 to R-1 Single Family Residence District.
