HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance #843 ORDINANCE No. 843 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO TRAILER PARKS BY AMENDING SECTION 8720.1 THEREOF The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach do or- dain as follows: Section 1. That Section 8720.1 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code is hereby amended and as amended, to read in words and figures as follows: Section 8720.1. UNLAWFUL USE. It shall be unlawful for any person to park, leave parked, use , occupy or maintain any trailer coach upon any area or tract of land within the City of Huntington Beach except as follows : (a) A trailer coach may be parked and used as living quarters in a licensed trailer park. (b) A trailer coach may be parked for display, for sale , and/or trade purposes on a trailer sales lot for which a current business license has been issued. (c) A trailer coach may be parked upon the streets with- in the .City of Huntington Beach during the daylight hours, if not in violation of any other parking rule or regulation applicable to the area. 1. Ord. No. 843 Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Huntington Beach News, a weekly newspaper, printed, published and circulated in the City of Huntington Beach, California, and thirty (30) days after the adoption thereof the same shall take effect and be in force.
